Last time I had this fired up, was 1998. Ran and sounded great but acted like the points were going south, blubbered a little.
This is a great old Hot Rod /Showcar from the mid 1980s.
Back in its day, it won many trophies.
It has been stored since 1989.
The former owner of this "57" spent $5400.00 on the motor and tranny in 1987.
He drove it less than 7,000 miles, (including honeymoon to Las Vegas).
He previously had the suspension gone through before this.
I have all of the exterior chrome as well as the interior trim pieces.
The fourth slotted mag and tire is included too, (flat).
I also have the 283 engine that came from this car,
if a person wants to go back original.
I will sell it with the 327/4-speed OR the original 283 engine
& a 3 speed turbo tranny OR no motor/tranny.
The brake master cylinder is included.
1957 Pickup
The '57 Chevy Pickup is a shortbed with very little rust.
It has no motor or tranny.
It has been upgraded with disc brakes on the stock front axle.
The original bumpers are in great condition, (rare on these old trucks).
If interested, please call to talk about these items.
Thanks!
